    3. User Responsibility & Conduct


    As a User, you are solely responsible for your submissions. You agree not to:


    
        Submit plagiarized content or AI-generated "fluff" that lacks human oversight.
    
    
        Include malicious code, spam, or more than the permitted 2 external links.
    
    
        Post defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.
    
    
        Responsibility for Links: You assume all liability for the destination of any external links included in your articles. Purple Articles does not audit external sites and is not responsible for their content.
    


    4. "AS IS" Clause & Disclaimer of Warranties


    THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Purple Articles makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site, its servers, or email sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.
